Missimiliano Allegri, the manager of Juventus is set to leave the club by the end of this season. The 51-year-old club manager has won the league title for 5 consecutive years since he was introduced as the manager of the club in 2014.
Last year, the club signed Cristiano Ronaldo for £99.2 Million, the club managed to reach the quarter-finals of the UEFA champions league this year and the Coppa Italia.
The club still has 2 league games remaining for this season, starting off with Atalanta at home on Sunday.
A couple of days ago, Allegri said that he was amused by the rumors that suggested he was leaving Juventus, a club that has been the champion of the Serie A for 8 consecutive seasons.
When Allegri was asked about the rumors, he said, “I enjoy reading and hearing everything,” he said at the time. Next week I will meet with the president. We will be speaking in general terms, as we do every year. Before Ajax, I told him I would stay.”
Andrea Agnelli, the club president of Juventus, and Allegri are set to speak at a news conference this week.
The final game of the 51-year-old manager will be at Sampdoria on May 26.
