Sachin Tendulkar Reacts On Cuttack Incident, Says There Are ‘Better Ways To Show Disappointment’

India’s Legendary Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar reacts about the way the crowd behaved in the second T20I match between India and South Africa in Cuttack. Sachin feels that the unruly crowd attitude was not good for the sport and urge the fans of the “gentleman’s” game to learn from the forgettable incident. As Sachin loves the game of cricket, he reacted to calm down the fans in the country.

“What happened during the game is definitely not good for the game. It has happened earlier also. We need to learn from these mistakes. We are all passionate about the game. We all love the game so we get disappointed and frustrated at times. There are ways to express that, but what happened in Cuttack is certainly not the way to show your emotions,” Sachin said.

Sachin said that there are going to be ups and downs, and even the players are also thinking about it. Team India is finding ways to perform consistently. I don’t think sitting miles away from them, I should be passing comments and they should be doing this and that. When asked about the crowd behavior in Cuttack, Sachin replied “he expects more maturity from the fans.”

“I would request all the fans to show more responsible behavior and avoid these things. There are better ways of dealing with disappointment and frustration,” added the master blaster. Sunil Gavaskar, who was present in Cuttack when the incident happened, said: “If you don’t throw valuables when India wins a match, you have no right to throw rubbish when India loses.”

He also asked to ban the venue for the future matches of India. Even many former cricketers and other cricket fraternity blasted the Cuttack’s crowd behavior and took it to social media.
