Sehwag Trolled And Gave A Nick Name To Chris Gayle And Here’s How He Replied!!

Virendra Sehwag is one of the destructive batsmen in the Indian cricket who has a great sense of humour too and his twitter stands as a proof of the same. This Indian batsman is now busy in playing the role of a coach cum mentor for the IPL team Kings XI Punjab which is owned by Preity Zinta.

Though we miss his blasting innings on the field, he never fails to entertain us with his tweets by responding to various issues in a hilarious way.

Viru recently mentioned Gayle in a video on Twitter which says “Name someone and Say Nothing,” the video is about a guy dancing funnily. Sehwag mentioned Gayle and gave him a nickname, Chrisenpreet Gill. Here’s what Viru tweeted,

“‘@henrygayle’ urf Chrisenpreet Gill”

To which Gayle reacted with a “lol”,

Well, it always feels nice to see cricketers across the world exchange funny tweets which shows that the off-ground cricket environment is still lively.

Recently Kings XI Punjab official account tweeted that Virendra Sehwag will be back o the field even though he bid adieu to cricket a long time ago. They tweeted saying that Sehwag will be playing as an opener who will be replacing Aaron Finch. Fans were super excited listening to the same as Indians can never get enough of Sehwag’s destructive innings.

“Sehwag will come out of retirement and will open the innings in the absence of Aaron Finch. The decision, which was taken at the team preparatory camp in Mohali after a long deliberation by captain Ravichandran Ashwin, coach Brad Hodge, Director of Cricket Operations Virender Sehwag himself and the team management,” said the official website KXIP.

But unfortunately, it was just an April Fool prank played by the team on the fans. Sehwag posted a video on twitter account saying that it’s just a prank played on fans by the franchise and cleared that he won’t be making a return.
