Dustin “The Diamond” Poirier has defeated Conor “The Notorious” McGregor in a TKO victory during the main event of the UFC 257.

Fans all over the world  were left in complete shock because Dustin was the underdog in this one.

In the second round of the fight, Dustin stunned Conor with multiple punches, which left him on the ground.

Herb Dean, the referee of the match, had to stop the fight after Conor left his head uncovered.

Heading into the fight, Dustin was the underdog and many were believing this was an easy fight for Conor.

However, things changed during the fight.

Dustin’s plan to attack Conor’s calf was the game changer.

At the end of the fight, Conor had a hard time getting up and was repeatedly talking about his calf, after it was badly beaten up by Dustin in the first 2 rounds of the fight.

This is not the first time Conor and Dustin got in a fight inside the Octagon.

The two met earlier in their careers, where Conor showed complete dominance and beat Dustin via TKO.

Now the series is tied at 1-1.

Dustin currently has a record of 27 wins, 6 loses, and 1 no contest.

For Conor, he currently has a record of 22 and 5, where 3 of his loses came in the UFC.

Conor has only lost against Nate Diaz, Khabib Nurmagomedov, and Dustin himself.
