When it comes to devices and gadgets. Apple is always at the very premium level. It has technology changing gadgets. It turns the benchmarks in the industry and always set the bars high. However, if there is anything in which Apple had failed, it was the Apple MacBook.
When was MacBooks introduced?
Back in 2015, Apple came with 12 inch MacBook. After which the updates in 2016 and 2017 proved to be what some call a significant failure of the devices. Instead of making the MacBooks better, they made everything even worse.
Talking about their reasons, well at first the MacBooks were very expensive. Moreover, if you are buying something so precious. You are bound to expect everything perfect. However, this wasn’t the case the mac was underpowered. Moreover, also came with just one USB-C port. It’s a keyboard, was one of the most annoying things for many users. Which later on proven to be defective as well.
What was the outcome of these mistakes?
At first, as always, Apple denied any such problems. However, after multiple class action suit. They admitted that they had made a big mistake. Moreover, to atone that, they offered four years of free support to all defective products. Furthermore, specifically any problems with the keys, which were too many people a pain that was very expensive.
The New MacBooks.
Well, after such disastrous results in the past. Apple seems to have announced another two new MacBooks which is updated.
The two models are:-
13-inch Apple MacBook Pro:
Quad-core, 8th gen Intel i5, and i7 CPU
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 with 128 MB eDRAM
Up to 2 TB of storage
TrueTone display
Apple T2 chip
15-inch Apple MacBook Pro:
6-core, 8th gen Intel i7, and i9 CPUs
Radeon Pro 555X or 560X GPUs with 4 GB GDDR5 memory
Up to 32 GB of RAM (Yay!)
Up to 4 TB of storage
Apple T2 chip
The USB is still a problem. If you are someone who needs Apple products would find it worth. However, if you are not someone who is in need fo such product. It really would be too expensive.
