As you know, CA CPT is entrance level exam of CA curriculum. Its very important to crack it in first attempt as it will build your confidence to crack CA IPCC & Final exams in first attempt too. This year ICAI had taken CPT December 2014 examination on Sunday, 14th December 2014 and results are declared on 19th January 2015.

More than 2 lakh students appear in the examinations conducted by ICAI throughout the year, out of which only around 10,000 clear the exams and wear the prestigious hat of an accountant in India. There would be some students today as well, who will be clearing the CA Final exam to become the CA and start their own practice or pick up the attractive jobs; however others who will be clearing the CPT shall be geared towards working hard to clear the exams in first attempt.
Students who have been declared as passed in the CPT Results Dec 2014 are required to register themselves for Intermediate (IPCC) which is the next level after CPT. The registration for Intermediate is not automatic and students are required to register themselves for the same before 1st march to be eligible to appear in Nov 2015 Exam.

CPT Toppers June 2014:
ICAI has declared the CPT toppers after the declaration of result. Borra Murali Mohan was the top 1 with marks of 197 out of 200, he’s from Guntur.
All India 2nd topper is from Bhopal named Palash Maheshwari who scored 196 marks and Honey Batra from Nagpur was also at on the 2nd place with the same marks. Charla Aasutosh Sai from Vijaywada was able to be at the third place in the list of CPT Toppers June 2014.
