Police officers in Denver detained the man after the flight was forced to do an emergency landing in Denver.

The flight was supposed to be headed to Minneapolis, but the act of the intoxicated man forced the flight to make an emergency landing in Denver.

The man yelled out at passengers and told them that he was under the influence of drugs.

The incident happened on the evening of September 20, 2019.

According to TMZ, the American Airlines Flight was coming from Phoenix and was headed to Minneapolis.

TMZ reports that the pilot informed the passengers of the flight that they were about to make an emergency landing in Denver due to security reasons.

The passengers in the plane got to know from fellow passengers that a man in the plane was telling other people that he was high on cocaine.

The man, whose identity was not shared with the public, got up from his seat and decided to lock himself in one of the bathrooms of the plane after the pilot announced they were going to make an emergency landing.

The flight crew tried to coax the high man out of the bathroom and came outside after spending 10 minutes inside.

5 minutes before the emergency landing, the man came back to his seat.

Police officers with the Denver Police Department came on the scene.

As the authorities arrived, the high man decided to pull out a joint so he could smoke it.

The pilot of the plane could be heard in a video that was shared online, the pilot asked the people in the first 13 rows to exit the plane so authorities could detain the man.

As the passengers went out of the plane, the man hits a passenger in the head.

Authorities detained the high man and took him away.

The plane took off 2 hours after the authorities detained the man, and was headed to Minneapolis.

The Denver Police Department said the man was having medical-related issues.

Authorities said the man was rushed to a hospital after the personnel determined that the man had medical-related issues.

The current condition of the man is still unknown.

American Airlines released a statement about the incident, in which they said, “Flight 2408 diverted due to a disruptive passenger. Law enforcement met the flight, and the aircraft re-departed.”
