“Best Day Of My Entire Life”: 2 Football Players Give Clothes And Shoes To Classmate Who Has Been Bullied For His Entire Life

Memphis, Tennessee: 2 Memphis High-School football players saw their classmates being bullied every day for wearing the same clothes. The 2 then gave him clothes and shoes and apologized for laughing at him at the beginning.

Michael Todd, a freshman at the Martin Luther King Prep, was being bullied and called out for 3 weeks since he started to go to school.

Michael explained his situation.

He said, “I don’t really have clothes at home. My mom can’t buy clothes for me because I’m growing too fast.”

Kristopher Graham, a football player at the school, decided to help the kid out and texted Antwan Garrett, his teammate.

The 2 found clothes from their closets and gave them to Todd.

The 2 showed up at the school with shorts, shirts, jeans, shoes, and many more.

During their interview with FOX13, Graham said, “I said, ‘You know, we was in the same third period.’”

He added, “I apologize for laughing at you and I want to give something to you to make it up.”

During the interview, Todd said that was the best day of his entire life.

He said, “The best day of my entire life.”

He added, “I was shocked, completely…” He turned to the 2 football players who were sitting behind him in the interview and told them “You guys are awesome.”

Garrett said, “It was a weak moment for me, I was crying.”

Graham added, “And then I almost cried when we had lunch, he told me, he was like, ‘You know, you two the only two to actually ever give me a gift.’”

The kind act of the 2 football players helped them put a smile on the kid’s face.
