A woman was shocked and terrified to see a massive huntsman spider that was the size of a saucepan when she saw it in her living room.
Laree Clarke, the shocked woman, found the massive huntsman spider lurking on the ceiling of her living room in Townsville, Australia.
Clarke shared the images on Facebook and asked for help from her friends.
She wrote on her Facebook post, “Is there anyone that could remove this from my house?? I don’t have a container that big!”
She added, “When I went near it with the phone light it came at me raising it fangs and legs. Hell nahhhh!”
One user wrote the best answer, the user said, “It’s probably easier to burn your house down at this point.”
Another user said, “kill it with fire”
A third user said, “Just burn the house down and run.”
Luckily, Laree said that she survived the night and managed to remove the spider out of her house.
Huntsman spiders are known for their big size, experts say that full grown male huntsman spiders can reach up to 12 inches.
They are usually found in forests, woodpiles, and sheds.
The Huntsman Spiders are usually found in Australia, Asia, Africa, the Mediterranean Basin, and the Americas.
Huntsmen spiders are venomous, but their stuns are not harmful to humans.
On average, a leg of a huntsman spider can reach up to 15 cm and their bodies are only about 2 centimeters.
Experts say that they are not dangerous to humans, and only invade houses while they are looking for food or shelter.
