The Honduran national re-entered the country on an unknown date.
The 15-year-old stepdaughter of Emilio talked with the Montgomery County Police.
During her dialogue with the police, the 15-year-old girl said that Hernandez sexually assaulted her couple of times from August 16, 2019, to August 25, 2019.

The mother of the 15-year-old girl said she heard noises in the bedroom of her mother and when she opened the door, she saw her 15-year-old girl and her husband having sex.
The mother immediately told him to leave the house, she then called the police.
During her interview with WJLA, the mother said, “I shouted, “What’s going on here!? Tell me the truth!.”
She added, “Everything is coming down for me. It’s hard for me because that’s my daughter and that’s my husband… I’m mad with them both.”
The mother believes that the sex was “consensual”.
During the interview, she added, “My husband, he has trouble with his drinking. He told me he was very drunk and told me he now knows it wasn’t right. But he told me that in the moment, he wasn’t thinking what he was doing. You, know how it is when someone’s drunk.”
Carrasco is currently facing charges of second-degree rape, sex abuse of a minor, third-degree sex offense, and fourth-degree sex offense.
If convicted in all charges, Hernandez could face up to 56 years in jail.
