Smart Police Officers Dye Water Of Tourist Spot To Keep Visitors Away Amidst Lockdown

The smart police officers at the Buxton Police Department decided to dump black dye into the bridge blue water of a tourist spot to stop people from going there amidst the lockdown.

Police officers said that the recent nice weather in the area had prompted a number of people to visit the spot, which is located at Harpur Hill.

Recently, the government of the United Kingdom told its citizens to only leave their houses if they are to buy essential things, such as groceries or picking up medication.

In a post that was made by the Buxton Police, images showed 2 police officers in full protective suits.

The officers were wearing face masks during the operation.

The caption of the post read: “Yesterday we received reports that people were congregating at the ‘Blue Lagoon’ in Harpur Hill, Buxton.”

It added, “No doubt this is due to the picturesque location and the lovely weather (for once!) in Buxton.”

It continued, “However, the location is dangerous and this type of gathering is in contravention of the current instruction of the UK Government. With this in mind, we have attended the location this morning and used water dye to make the water look less appealing.”

The dye that was used by the officers is made out of caustic chemicals that are extracted from the stones in the quarry.

This means that the water has a high PH level, and anyone who gets in contact with the water can get irritation in the skin.

The dye also makes the toxicity level high, which means no animals can live in the water.
