Texas Man Battling Coronavirus Marries Fiancée In Hospital While Undergoing Treatment

A man from Texas that was admitted to the Methodist Hospital, which is located in San Antonio, married his fiancée in the hospital while he is undergoing treatment.

The couple that we’re talking about is Carlos Muniz and his fiancée, Grace Leimann.

The 2 got married at the Methodist Hospital on August 11, 2020, with doctors and family and family members by their side.

According to reports, Muniz was diagnosed with coronavirus and he was supposed to get married the same week.

Instead of postponing their wedding, the couple went on to carry it out at the hospital.

But the journey was not good for the couple.

Days after being admitted to the hospital on July 15, 2020, the health of Muniz deteriorated and he was admitted at the ICU ward of the Methodist Hospital.

Despite being on a life-saving machine, the hospital decided to help the couple get married with proper care and precautionary measures.

Images and videos that were shared of their unique marriage shows Muniz wearing a tuxedo in a hospital bed as Grace walks through the hospital corridors in her bridal gown.

Members of the hospital staff and some of the close family were present for the wedding.

The marriage was officiated by the father of Muniz.

Muniz tested negative for coronavirus after spending over 1 month in the hospital.

Because of the impact of the coronavirus on his body, Muniz still has a machine to help his heart and lungs function properly.

Doctors say he still has a long road for recovery.

Such an amazing story to witness amidst this pandemic.
