An Instagram star from Russia is currently all over the internet for sharing a picture of herself and her stepson when he was only 7 and announcing that they will be marrying each other.
35-year-old Marina Balmasheva, the stepmother, who is from Krasnodar Krai in Russia, announced that she has divorced her 45-year-old husband of 10 years Alexey Shavirin.
She ran away with Vladimir, his 20-year-old son.
In order to win some sympathy from her followers, she shared a picture of her and her stepson.
The image shows Marina with Vladimir when the boy was just 7.
Marina tried to defend their romance in the post by saying “there are 2 sides of the story: mine and not mine.
She explained her decision to leave Alexey, her former husband.
Marina explained:
My version: I left just because it was time to leave. For several years there was a state of ‘not at ease’. I realized that I can provide for my family myself, there is where to live, and at 35 I don’t want to give up on myself. Not my version: I went to [Vladimir].
Instead of winning some sympathy, people started to shame her for her horrific act.
The relationship of Marina with her stepson got viral in March this year after Alexey found out that his wife was having sexual relationships with his son in their house.
During an interview on Pryamoy Efir, a Russian talk show, Alexey said:
I could not fall asleep one night when I heard them having sex. Then I understood that Marina was cheating on me with my son, in a few minutes she just came and lay down next to me. I didn’t tell her a word that night.
During their marriage, Alexey and Marina adopted 5 children.
The court granted custody of the children to Alexey.
Marina made all her huge following on Instagram by sharing her weight loss journey.
