7 Suspected Kidnappers Brutally Thrashed By 12 Villagers In Khargone, Madhya Pradesh
Villagers from Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, brutally thrashed 7 men who were suspected kidnappers on August 4, 2019.
The police have arrested 9 villagers for brutally thrashing the group of friends, the villagers are facing attempted murder charges.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the 7 men were friends who traveled to Maheshwar and were coming from Indore to celebrate Friendship Day.
Sunil Kumar Pandey, a police officer, said that when they were returning back to Indore, they got lost and ended up at the Bhuvan Talai Village in Khargone.
Officer Pandey said that the men decided to ask some of the villagers about the route to Indore, and someone claimed in the village that the men belonged to a group of Kidnappers.
Officer Pandey added that the villagers gathered right away and started to thrash them.
The police were called to the village by the villagers.
The injured men were rushed to the Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital in Indore.
The police identified 12 people who thrashed the men and have arrested 9.
The police are currently trying to nab the 3 men, who are on the run.
