Police Report: On Tuesday, a 33-year-old home guard was killed by a speeding truck after it crushed him while he was trying to stop it in the district of Sheikhpura, Bihar.

Daya Shankar a Senior Police Officer said that the home guard has been identified as 33-year-old Suman Paswan who is a resident of the Rajaura Village in Sheikhpura District.

The truck hit 33-year-old Suman at a check post near Hatiya Mor on Monday while he was trying to stop it.

The truck driver ran away along with the truck after the accident.

33-year-old Suman Paswan died inside the vehicle that was used to bring him to the nearest hospital.
