Xiaomi Launched Biggest Mi TV 3 With 70-Inch 4K Sharp Display in China

Xiaomi, the Chinese smartphone manufacturers has unveiled a new Television in China. The giant Chinese handset maker is likely to expand its television lineup with the launch of the biggest TV. The company has launched the brand-new member of its TV 3 series featuring a 70-inch screen that comes with 4K sharp display. Earlier in the month of October 2015, the company has launched its 60-inch Mi TV 3 and now Xiaomi is back with an, even more, larger version called Mi TV 3 in China. Priced at CNY 9,999 (approximately Rs. 1,02,250), the new 70-inch Mi TV 3 will be soon going on sale in its home market in China.

Amazingly, the TV was announced at a Mi Pop Festival which was held recently in China. It’s worth mentioning that the latest 70-inch Mi TV 3 is the biggest TV unit in terms of display size in the Chinese company’s TV line-up. The company rolled out a 70-inch Mi TV 3 which is presently the biggest television manufacturing from Xiaomi. Last year, the company has launched the Mi TV 3 that features 60-inch display at a price of CNY 4,999 (roughly Rs. 51,000). Now, it has come up with a large TV with notable specifications and features.

Key Specifications

The Xiaomi Mi TV 3 sports a 4K screen with a sharp display that comes with a pixel resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. The company also claims that the television provides a 178-degree viewing angle. The device comes with a separate sound bar that features a crisp 4K array packed into a metallic body that is 12.9mm at its thinnest point and about 38.6mm at its thickest point. The TV is powered by a quad-core MStar 6A928 (Cortex-A17) processor clocked at 1.4GHz which is coupled with Mali-760 MP4 GPU and 2GB of RAM.

On the storage front, the television comes packed with an 8GB of internal storage. The television sports a metal frame that comes with metallic body finishing and a metal back plate. The Mi TV 3 features an MEMC motion compensation with a 120Hz refresh rate and an 85 percent NTSC color gamut. The Mi TV 3 sports a world-class independent sound system. In terms of connectivity, the new Mi TV 3 includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, HDMI 2.0 (3x), Micro-USB, USB 3.0, and Ethernet port.

The new 70-inch Mi TV 3 also features a 2.5-inch full-range stereo speakers. The new Xiaomi Mi TV 3 also supports various video formats such as H.265 4K at 60 or 30fps and comes with Dolby DTS Virtual Surround Sound and Bass Boost. The Chinese firm targets at expanding its Television line-up in China with the launch of the biggest Mi TV 3 at the best price range which is a lot lower when compared to other popular international brands.
