8-Year-Old Kid From Lucknow Gets Direct Admission In Grade 9
Rashtram Aditya Shri Krishna, an 8-year-old kid from Lucknow, is so special and is talented that he was allowed by the UP Board on a special permission to get an admission from the M.D. Shukla Inter College in class 9 directly.
Reports suggest that Rashtram will be taking the class 10 board exams at the age of 10 in 2021 in the same college.
According to the UP Board rules, a student must be 14-years-old in order to appear in the class 10 examinations.
But special permission has been granted for Rashtram.
Pawan Kumar Acharya, the father of Rashtram, said, “As of now his (Rashtram) focus is on studies. He received primary education at home. He has sound knowledge of mathematics and social science and has mastered yoga and meditation. He also knows Hindi, English as well as French (up to some extent). We filed an application with the UP Board and it was acknowledged.”
Pawan, the father of Rashtram, is an astrologer.
H.N. Upadhyay, the principal of the school said, “His father came to us seeking admission in Class 9. Teachers conducted an admission test in which the boy proved to be extraordinarily talented. We wrote a letter to the board seeking permission for his admission and after the permission, formalities are been done.”
The District Inspector of Schools, Mukesh Kumar, confirmed that the UP Board gave special permission to Rashtram so he could get an admission in Class 9 directly.
