It contains all the details regarding residence, name, Date of Birth, Mobile number etc.
Most of the people would like to update the address or mobile number in the Aadhar card. The UIDAI has provided several Aadhaar or UID (Unique Identity Number) related tools on its official website for the public to change address, name, date of birth, mobile and email. How to Update Address In Aadhar Card?
Open the official website uidai.gov.in.
Click on update Aadhaar Details (Online)’.
Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and click on ‘Send OTP’. The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Enter OTP in the specified field and click on ‘Login’.
Next, select the address.
Fill all the details correctly.
“Ensure that your information is transliterated correctly in the local language. The English spellings in the local language boxes may be modified to get the local language spelling correctly”.
Click on proceed.
Users are required to upload original scan copies of the valid documents. “Upload only the valid documents to avoid update request from rejection.
Select the required document you would like to upload.
The system also displays estimated time required to process your request.
At the end of the submission, a URN or Update Request Number is issued to track the Aadhar status of the application.

Statement of post office account/Passbook
Ration card
Voter ID
Driving license
Water bill and telephone landline bill (Not older than 3 months)
How to Update Mobile number in Aadhar Card?
Login to the official website by entering the 12 digit UIDAI number & OTP.
The mobile number entered by the user will be displayed on the screen.
Next, an OTP will be sent to the new number.
Enter the OTP and click on submit button.
After submission of the request, the portal issues an Update Request Number (URN) for your request for the change in mobile number.
