Khakee/ Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru Movie Story:
Theeran Adhigaram Ondru/ Khakee has Karthi playing the role of a cop for the second time. Rakul plays a loving, homely rural girl. The story of Khakee is based on a true incident of a high profile case handled successfully by the Tamil Nadu Police in the 90s. Theeran/ Dheeraj (Karthi), a police officer is entrusted with the task to solve the mystery behind a series of murders. The only clue left behind is, all the murders are committed in the same pattern. How he solves the case, forms the crux.
Dheeraj (Karthi) who’s is under field training to become a Cop, falls in love with Priya (Rakul Preet Singh) and both get married. Dheeraj becomes a DSP and becomes an encounter specialist. Dheeraj is working on a case of decoit gang robbing homes and killing people mercilessly using guns. After a series of such cases being reported all over, Karthi goes to different states of India to catch them without any clue. How he finds the decoit gang is the remaining story.
Khakee/ Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru Review & Rating:
Karthi, Rakul on-screen chemistry is good. Khakee first half is OK for crime movie lovers. Although, it is a routine story the gang drop adds some novelty.
