New Study Finds Wearing Your Boyfriend’s Hoodie Is Actually Good For Your Health

Almost every girlfriend in this world have stolen a hoodie from their partner, and let’s face it, they never even bother to ask them again because men know women love it.

But that was all myth until a study conducted it.

In a study that was conducted by the University of British Columbia, it found out that wearing your boyfriend’s hoodie is actually good for your health.

Researchers from the University of British Columbia enlisted 96 women and assigned them to sniff 1 of 3 scents, which includes their partners, strangers, or something that they were familiar with.

The participants went through a number of tests to measure their cortisol levels.

The women in the study were randomly assigned to sniff the scents.

The group that was given a waft of their partner, courtesy of a t-shirt that was worn for 1 day that had been frozen so researchers could retain the smell, showed lower stress and anxiety levels compared to those who were given t-shirts that were worn by a stranger.

Women who were given a waft of a stranger shoed significant higher cortisol levels, which is not a good thing.

So ladies, if you’re in a bad mood, just get your boyfriend’s hoodie and sniff them until you get relaxed.
