New Study Suggests That Thinking Too Much Could Cause You To Die Sooner
A study that was recently published suggests that thinking too much can cause you to die sooner as it affects your overall health.
The Harvard Medical School Study was published in the journal “Nature” and they examined the brains of several deceased people.
The study found out that the brains of the deceased people contained different levels of a protein that is called “rest”.
Rest protein assists the brain in carrying our activities.
The brain tissue from people who died in their hundreds had more “rest” protein in their brains than those people who passed away in their 60s and 70s.
The authors of the study said that the study showed how people with high mental activity didn’t live as long as those who limited theirs.
Researchers said the results suggest activities such as meditating may be the key to helping people living longer.
