Moving Company Offers Free Moving Services To Victims Of Domestic Violence So They Could Leave Abusive Homes

Good things happen to people that do good deeds.

A moving company is currently doing so much good that we can say they will be one of the most successful ones in the country.

College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving, the moving company, announced this month that they will be offering free moves to victims of domestic violence and those that are living in households that force them to face abuse.

Since the recent launch of the program, College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving has carried out 100 free moves!

All those free moves were for those people that are fleeing an unsafe situation in the United States of America and Canada.

The new program is really good at times like these, considering that most cities are currently in lockdown and millions of people have lost their jobs.

Their program has helped women and family members that have been victims of domestic violence move out of the houses.

Nick Friedman, the co-founder of the moving company, talked about domestic violence in a statement that they released during an interview with GNN.

The statement reads:

I definitely think our Free Moves for Survivors of Domestic Violence program sheds light on a really important issue that is not often talked about. As a purpose driven, socially-conscious organization we’re always looking for ways to positively impact our communities—in this case, particularly for those who feel powerless in unhealthy home situations.

College Hunks Hauling is currently offering its services across its 131 franchise locations in the United States of America and in Canada.

They are allowing victims to use their trucks and labor for free.

Such an amazing thing to do!
