A lot of people love being clingy with their partners, but there are some who just hate it when someone comes close to them, and there are some who file a divorce because their partner loves them too much and never fights with them.

A woman from the Sambhal District of Uttar Pradesh, India, went to court and sought a divorce from her husband because of the fact that he loves her too much.

A report that was published by Times Now said that the woman, who was not identified, told a Sharia Court that she wanted to divorce her husband because he does not fight with her.

Not only that, but the woman also said that she could not digest the love that he gave her.

The woman said:

Neither does he (husband) shout at me nor does he ever disappoint me over any issue. I am feeling suffocated in such an environment. Sometimes he cooks for me and also helps me in performing household chores. Whenever I make a mistake, he always forgives me for that. I wanted to argue with him. I do not need a life where the husband agrees to anything.

According to reports, the couple got married last year.

The cleric that was leading the Sharia court was shocked when the woman told her the reason.

When the cleric asked if the couple had any other issues, the woman said that there were no other issues.

If you are wondering, yes, the cleric rejected her divorce plea.

The woman then moved the case to the heads of their village, who by the way had the same reaction.

The husband of the woman, who did not to be identified, claimed that he always wants his wife to be happy.

The Sharia Court and the heads of the village asked the couple to solve their private issues at their house.
