Sundar Pichai Inspired By Woman Who Scored 0 In Quantum Physics Exam

Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google and one of the most successful persons of our generation, was recently inspired by a woman on Twitter who once scored 0 in a quantum physics exam.

The woman that we’re talking about is Sarafina Nance.

In a tweet that Sarafina made earlier, she shared her amazing story where she scored 0 in a quantum physics exam and how she was moments away from changing her program because of how hard the exam was.

In the tweet that she made, Sarafina wrote, “4 years ago I got a 0 on a quantum physics exam.”

She added, “I met with my professor fearing I needed to change my major & quit physics.”

Sarafina revealed she was about to quit, she also mentioned that she is currently in a “top tier astrophysics Ph.D. program.

Also, Sarafina is so good at what she does that she has published 2 papers.

Sarafina continued, “STEM is hard for everyone-grades don’t mean you’re not good enough to do it.”

The tweet that she made has over 83,000 likes, 15,000 retweets, and over 16,000 comments.

Sarafina made the tweet on November 21, 2019, Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google, saw the tweet, quoted it, and said that the story was inspiring.

Mr. Pichai said, “Well said and so inspiring!”

Sarafina replied to the tweet and said, “Thank you so much!!! This means the world!!”

This story shows that scores in exams and quizzes do not tell how smart a person is.

Thank you Sarafina, you have inspired thousands of people with a single tweet.
