You Can’t Have Milk: Indian Railway Constable Arrested For Killing 3 People After Dispute Over Milk

An Indian Railway Protection Force Constable was arrested by the police for killing 3 people, which included a pregnant woman, in his native village in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh.

According to reports, the incident happened at the Ramgarh, Jharkhand.

Railway Protection Force (RPF) Constable Pawan Kumar Singh was arrested by the GRP (Government Railway Police) from the Karath Village, which is located in the Tarari Police Station area in Bihar’s Bhojpur district.

Constable Singh went missing in August last year after he killed 3 members of a family, which included a pregnant woman, at the railway colony in Ramgarh.

Singh was posted in the Barkakana junction of the East Central Railway (ECR) before being suspended.

Constable Singh opened fire from his service revolver after being denied milk because of his old dues.

The 3 dead were identified as Ashok Ram, his wife Lilawati Devi and pregnant daughter Meena Devi.

Suman Devi, the daughter of Ashok Ram and Sanjay Ram, his son, sustained bullet injuries from the open firing.
