Shocking: ‘ABCD 2’ Back Up Dancer Nilesh Nirbhavane Admits He Gang Raped Mentally Challenged Teenage Girl

The recently released Bollywood blockbuster ‘ABCD 2’ which is breaking all the records at the box office is once again in limelight because of a back-up dancer.  Nilesh Nirbhavane (20) has been taken into custody by the Pant Nagar Police personnel for allegedly raping a mentally challenged teenage girl along with his friends. According to the Police, Nirbhavane has performed as a back-up dancer in the recently released Remo DSouza’s ABCD 2.

According to Police, Nilesh Nirbhavane used to take the 14-year teen girl into the public toilets or some isolated area and rape her. Nirbhavane along with two of his friends have been committing the crime for the last one month. The incident came into picture when the victim’s teacher noticed some abnormalities in the behaviour of the girl and then decided to speak with her. The girl then revealed that she has been raped for 1 month by three boys. The teacher informed the incident to the victim’s parents, who then approached the Pant Nagar Police.

As per the Investigation by a Police official, the complaint was registered on June 25 and immediately one of the accused, Nilesh has been taken into custody. The girl has given a big clue by describing the distinctive feature of the accused that he had two broken front teeth. Nilesh admitted the allegation after the investigation of Police.

Vinay Kumar Rathod, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone VII) said, “The girl described Nilesh with his identical feature that he had two broken front teeth. When we picked Nilesh up, he confessed the allegation. He is now booked under Sections 376D (gang rape), 377 (unnatural offences) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code.”

While Nilesh is under Police custody till July 4, Police are in hunt for the other two accused in the case.
