Tollywood actor Brahmaji’s son Sanjay Kumar was allegedly manhandled by the supporters of Rajendranagar Telugu Desam MLA T. Prakash Goud at Shamshabad on Sunday evening. The incident occurred when Sanjay who was at the Outer Ring Road tollgate had an argument after the MLA’s car which was just behind his repeatedly honked. In a minor tiff, Prakash Goud’s supporters beat Sanjay resulting in a minor nose injury.
MLA’s Supporters Attack Actor Brahmaji’s Son:
When Brahmaji’s son Sanjay (25) was going to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (Shamshabad airport) to pick his father Brahmaji and mother, he had stopped his car at the toll gate and waiting in queue to pay the toll fee. Meanwhile, a car from behind allegedly belonged to Rajendra Nagar MLA Prakash Goud’s car had been continuously honking the horn to give way. With this, Sanjay said to have stepped out of car and asked why they were blowing horn when there was queue ahead.
MLA’s gunman reportedly started abusing, issued warnings in the presence of MLA Prakash Goud who was also in the car. Eventually, an argument ensued and one of the followers of Mr Goud punched Sanjay on his face resulting in a bleeding nose. Brahmaji was very disappointed by this entire incident and he said that he will lodge a complaint against the accused in Shamshabad police station and demand for justice.
Sanjay was irritated by the Gunmen:
According to Inspector T. Sudhakar of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport police, a verbal duel broke out between Sanjay and the gunmen near the toll gate at Tondupally when the former stopped his car to pay the toll fee on Sunday evening. Talking to media persons, Brahmaji said, “The MLA’s vehicle was just behind my son’s car and the MLA’s driver was constantly honking to give way. This irked Sanjay and he asked him to wait for some time. Following which, the gunmen jumped out and attacked Sanjay. Even before the gunmen could explain what happened, they began showering blows on his face causing heavy bleeding from his nose.”
