BSNL Revises Its FTTH Broadband Plans To Offer Top Plan With 3.5TB Data At Speeds Of 100Mbps

The news regarding broadband plans is abuzz soon after Jio GigaFiber announced its registrations last month. Now BSNL has got its own game to win by revising to its FTTH broadband lineup. According to the report, the state-owned telecom operator is said to have refreshed at least six of its high-speed broadband offerings to allow its users more data at better and higher speeds than earlier. As per the revision, you may be astonished to know the highest FUP data limit offered by the company and that is a whopping 3.5TB with speeds of up to 100Mbps under its most expensive BSNL Fibro Combo ULD 4,999 plan. Let us explain you all the revisions for BSNL’s FTTH plans.

As per the new report by Telecom Talk, all these revisions are only for the subscribers of BSNL broadband in Chennai as for now. The most simple and base Fibro Combo ULD plan is priced at Rs. 999 and after the revision, the same plan is being offered with up to 600GB at 80Mbps, and the post-FUP speed will be 2Mbps with no data limit at all. The same plan was earlier offered with 250GB data at the speed of 60Mbps. And the other plan with price Rs. 1,299 FTTH plan is now being offered with 800GB of high-speed data at the rate of 100Mbps. The same plan was being offered earlier with 400GB at 80Mbps speeds.

Now comes the turn of Rs. 1,699 ULD plan, and for this the state-owned company has upgraded the speed of up to 100Mbps and the monthly data access limit is 1.1TB. The same plan was being offered by BSNL to its subscribers with 550GB of data at speeds of 80Mbps. There is another broadband plan at Rs. 1,999 with a speed of whopping 1.4TB of high-speed data access with maximum speeds of up to 100Mbps. The last revision of the same plan was had 900GB of data at 80Mbps.

After these comes the turn of Rs. 2,999 unlimited plan, and for this the state-owned BSNL has revised data FUP to 2TB with data speeds at 100Mbps, and the same offer was being offered with 800GB at 80Mbps. At the last comes the premium offer at Rs. 4,999 and is said to be offered now with 3.5TB data at speeds at 100Mbps, and the same was being offered with a 1.5TB limit at the same speed earlier.

All the said plans have been reported to have a post-FUP speed of 2Mbps with no data limit at all. In addition to that, these all offers come with free voice calling both within and outside the BSNL network. The plans avail every subscriber with one free email ID with storage capacity depending upon the plan you chose.
