IIT Roorkee Recruitment 2018: Project Assistant Vacancy, Salary – Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 45,000/- + HRA – Dean of Faculty Affairs, IIT Roorkee (formerly University of Roorkee and Thomason College of Civil Engineering, is a public engineering university located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India) has announced that recruitment drive will be conducted for project positions under consultancy and research project(s). No any written test but an interview will be organised on 10th September 2018 at 12:00 Noon in the office of Dean of Faculty Affairs.

For which, candidates who will travel to Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from other Indian states will not be given any kind of travelling allowance or dearness allowance. In the rare cases when qualification and experience of two different caste candidates will be the same, then scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates will be given more preferences.

At the time of the interview, document verification procedure will also be carried on. Following which, all the appearing candidates are requested to please carry all the experience certificates and educational qualification certificates and caste and date of birth certificates to the interview venue as a part of the proof.

An official notice was undersigned by authorities on 4th September 2018. Reportedly it has also been mentioned that Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee’s Institute Fund will be the sponsor of this project.
