Kawhi hit a fadeaway mid-range shot over Joel Embiid, the ball bounced off the rim 4 times before going in.
Kawhi Leonard finished the game with 41 points and 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.
The Toronto Raptors are now headed to the Eastern Conference Finals, they will be playing against the Giannis Antetokounmpo Milwaukee Bucks.
The first game is set on Wednesday in Milwaukee.
