A Bengaluru-Man Asked Which Cab Service Would Be Cheaper Among Ola And Uber, Ola’s Reply Made Him The Customer For Life!

The most loved gifts are those, which we get unexpectedly, isn’t it?

Sometimes, some gestures win our hearts and we can’t stop thanking the one who does it. A few people believe that there is no humanity left in people these days, but the fact is that there are still some people who go out of the way to do something for a person in need. When it comes to big companies or brands, we hardly expect any reaction from them.

Whenever we message or tweet or ask anything from a big celebrity or institution or an organization, we never expect a reply or even take us seriously. In spite of this all traditional values of no reply, people do comment, message, and tweet. But sometimes a little response from such a big person or organization gives us an immense joy or even goose bumps, right?

Something similar happened on Twitter to a man living in Bengaluru recently. And the company is Ola Cab Service Provider. Ola has set a brilliant example in front of us and we can’t stop appreciating it. No doubt, Ola has become one of the favorite cab service providers and it values customers a lot.

Bengaluru-based man Jeroz Nishanth tweeted that his friends with hearing loss are planning a trip from Bangalore to Mysore and asked on Twitter which cab service is cheaper, Ola or Uber by tagging them. Here’s what the tweet read, “#Help My friends with hearing loss are planning a trip from Bangalore to Mysore. Which one is cheaper @Olacabs or @Uber_India ?”

But he never expected that Ola would respond to his tweet. To his surprise, Ola gave a heartwarming reply. The official Ola Twitter handle wrote, The tweet read, “How about a free ride?”

Nishanth thought that they were joking and he asked whether they are kidding. He wrote, “Are you serious. No Kidding okay.”

Ola further tweeted, “Of course! Consider this as our gift to them for the long weekend. Also, we’d be more than happy to bring them back too.”

Amazed Nishanth replied saying, “That’d be super awesome! But, they are 6 of them and they will be there for 3 days.”

However, Ola promised to do so and tweeted, “Please ask your friends to book an #OlaOutstation using the ‘Ride Later’ option and share their CRN & we’ll get it done.”

It’s great that Ola offered a free pick and drop and that too promised to be there for 3 days. By this gesture, Ola has set an amazing example of humanity and customer satisfaction. So guys, if you are willing to have a free ride, just go tweet Ola, you might get lucky just like this man!
