12-Year-Old Florida Girl Arrested For Posting Death List On Snapchat

A 12-year-old girl from Florida was arrested by the police after she threatened to kill students at her middle school.

The 12-year-old girl was arrested by the police after she posted a death list on Snapchat, a social media platform.

Authorities arrested the girl, whose identity was not shared with the public, on the evening of Friday.

She is currently facing 2 counts of a written threat to kill and false reporting concerning a firearm.

According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, the 12-year-old girl attends the Falcon Cove Middle School in Weston, a community that is located 20 miles away from Fort Lauderdale.

On the evening of December 6, 2019, a student from the Falcon Cove Middle School and her parent alerted the police about a death list that was posted on Snapchat.

The list on Snapchat included a death list with the names of the students.

The office of the sheriff said the threat was posted on the same day and it indicated that the students were not safe.

The threat mentioned that the students would be killed on Monday.

The 12-year-old girl admitted to making the threats on social media.

The minor was taken to the Juvenile Assessment Center.

Nadine Drew, a Broward County Public Schools spokeswoman, said, the Falcon Cove Middle School is going to operate on its normal schedule and classes will continue on Monday.
