2 teenagers were arrested after they robbed the raped of the grave of an 84-year-old grandmother and having sex with her dead body.

The police arrested the 2 teenagers after the family of the deceased woman went to visit her grave the day after she was buried on September 29, 2019, in Davao City, a city in the Mindanao state of the Philippines.

The family found out that the tomb of Isabel Bastatas was open and her legs were coming out from the white coffin.

The relatives said that the dead body of the elderly woman was found without any clothes and it was visible that she was sexually abused.

The vagina of the woman was also visible and the family said it was clear someone raped her dead body.

Lieutenant Colonel Ernesto Castillo said, “The arrest was made after witnesses came to us to help with the investigations. They were pointing to one of the suspects. Erwin and another companion.”

The police are now investigating the reported necrophilia.

The incident reportedly happened at the Digos City Public Cemetery.

The police are currently investigating if there was something stolen from the grave of the woman.

The 2 suspects have been transferred to the custody of the Department of Social Welfare Development Office.

The 2 kids have denied the allegations.
