Age Relaxation : 5 Years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC/Women candidates, 10 Years for candidates belonging to PWD category.

Fee: Rs. 100/-for all SEBC & UR candidates.The fees can be deposited either through online or offline mode using the Treasury Portal or by the conventional mode of deposit in the Treasury.No fee for SC/ST/PH.

Educational Qualifications:

(1) Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from the Institution recognized by the Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training. 
(2) The applicant must have the Odia as one of the subjects in the HSC or passed examination in Odia equivalent to M.E. standard or passed in Odia as language subject in final examination of Class-VII or passed a test in Odia in M.E. School Standard conducted by Education Department Govt, of Odisha on the date of the Application (04/08/2014).

Selection Process:

The examination shall consist of the following stages:-

(a) Objective type written test(OMR format or Online test) for 100 marks
(b) Weightage on career evaluation: –

(i) High School Certificate  for 40 marks;

(ii)    Certificate in Diploma in Engineering for 60 marks.
