The historical understandings between the nations have been signed aiming for the mutual benefits in the presence of the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and the mayor of the Ahmedabad, Gujarat state Minaxiben Patel were present when the agreement was signed.
