CBSE CTET Notification has been released recently. All the candidates interested in the field of teaching has applied for this test. There are two papers in this ctet exam paper I and paper II. Paper I is the eligibility test for the teachers to teach up to I to V standard only. Paper II is the eligibilty test for them to teach for students of VI to VIII standard. Those candidates applied for both Paper I and Paper II are eligible to teach the students from I to VIII standards if and only if you are qualified in those papers.

National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has scheduled to conduct Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2014 throughout the state. This test is intended to recruit teachers for classes I to VIII primary and upper primary for different Central Schools like NCT of Delhi Schools, KVS, NVS, Tibetan Central Government Schools and all other  schools which are under the administrative control of Union Territories.

Candidates who have completed their Senior Secondary or graduation with Diploma or Bachelors in Education are eligible to apply this test. CTET qualifying certificate will be valid for 7 years to take up the teacher positions in the above mentioned schools. Pattern of Examination for CBSE CTET Feb 2015 :

The CTET examination will be of objective type Multiple Choice Question (MCQ’s).
There will be no negative marking. There will be 2 papers of CTET.
(i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
(ii) Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
