MP High Court Assistant Grade 3 Result 2018 Declared At mphc.gov.in

Madhya Pradesh High Court has now declared the MP High Court assistant grade 3 result 2018 of Mains examination. Mains exam was organised on 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th May. Now, all the candidates appeared for the examination can check out the merit list which is published as per the norms in the ratio of 1:1.5 (No. of vacancies: number of candidates).

The board has provided the merit list in a PDF format which comprises of application number, candidate’s name, category and gender of the candidates selected. Such candidates whose details are not mentioned in the list, need not to proceed further for the document verification.

Candidates shortlisted in the merit need to submit documents in the favour of educational qualification, domicile certificate, caste certificate (if applicable). The hard copy of the application submitted for the enrollment for recruitment also needed to be sent to Principal Registrar (Examination), Administrative Block, Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur through speed post. Or, candidates can submit forms physically as well.

These documents must be submitted between 14th to 28th August. After this last date, no document will be accepted in any condition even if the delay would be done by the postal services.

All of the required documents must be covered with an envelope and the post (assistant grade III) must be written on it. Such candidates who are shortlisted (selected) but does not possess the required documents will be remarked as ineligible and won’t be allowed to appear for the further proceedings. During the appointment, the documents will be verified again and if the documents found improper that time, then the candidature would be rejected. Final selection list of candidates will be provided on the MP online official website.

  • At first, candidates need to navigate the official website mphc.gov.in.
  • After scrolling down, an “exam updates” is displayed.
  • Aspirants need to select the result link there.
  • After clicking that link, the merit list in PDF format will cover up the whole screen.
