Punjab University is a public collegiate university located in Chandigarh, India. It originated in 1882 but was established in 1947, making it one of the oldest universities in India.The university has 75 teaching and research departments and 15 centres for teaching and research at the main campus located at Chandigarh. It has 190 affiliated colleges spread over the eight districts of Punjab state and union territory of Chandigarh, with Regional Centres at Muktsar, Ludhiana and Hoshiarpur cities in Punjab state. The campus is residential, spread over 550 acres (2.2 km2) in sector 14 and 25 of the city of Chandigarh. The main administrative and academic buildings are located in sector 14, beside a health centre, a sports complex, hostels and residential housing.

PU EXAMINATION REVALUATION:

the candidates who are unsatisfied can now go with the revaluation/ rechecking processes. Any unsatisfied candidate may seek the revaluation of answer books by downloading the form or by purchasing the revaluation form and submit the same duly filled and accompanied by a mandatory fee. Cost of revaluation form is Rs. 220 /- plus revaluation fee is Rs. 390 /- for undergraduate and rs. 440 /- per answer book.

The application form along with the original obtained marks card and a self-addressed envelope in the size of 5”*11” either by hand in the enquiry office on any working day from 10.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m and 2.30 p.m to 4.30 p.m with the full paid cash receipt at Punjab university fee counter. The applications must reach the office within 21 days of the date of declaration of the result.

REVALUATION RESULT: the result of revaluation can be notified to the students soon after it is declared.
