The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will announce the results of the Common Entrance Test (CET) 2015 today i.e on 1st June (Monday). The test is conducted for admissions to various professional courses in Karnataka. CET ranks will be the basis for admission to engineering, architecture, medical, dental, AYUSH, farm sciences and veterinary courses. According to an official release from the KEA, the results will be announced by 12:30 pm. Karnataka Common Entrance Test (K-CET) Results:

The exam was held across the State in 343 exam centres on May 12 and 13. As many as 1,57,580 candidates appeared for the exam. Of these, 1,15,803 appeared for Biology, 1,48,177 for Mathematics, 1,53,576 for Physics and 1,53,556 for Chemistry. Answer key for Karnataka CET Result 2015 has been released on May 18, 2015 through which candidate can review their performance.

The Karnataka CET is conducted for admissions to full-time courses in Medical, Dental or Engineering courses in colleges across the state. The students are offered admission in professional colleges based on their ranks in KCET exam results 2015.

Earlier Karnataka CET 2015 examinations was scheduled to April 29, 30 and May 1, 2015 but due Nationwide strike call which is given by the KSRTC staff , the examination was rescheduled to 12 and 13th May, 2015. Large number of candidates across the state has appeared for KCET examination for this academic year.

Karnataka CET 2015 Results on June 1:

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will declare the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (CET) 2015 results today (June 1). The Karnataka CET Results 2015 will be announced by the Higher Education Department. Students can access their CET 2015 results online on the official website by using respective roll number and other details.

KEA officials said some CET candidates have approached them for change of caste/category mentioned in the CET application forms. They have been requested to personally approach the KEA with valid documents and proof for claiming reservation under any category provided on the CET forms. The deadline for this will be June 4, before 5:30 pm.

Also, those who have not taken printouts of their online application forms will be given an opportunity to download them from 10:30 am on June 3 till 5:30 pm on June 20.
