Hardik Pandya is the only Indian batsman who stood up for the Indian team in the batting side that disappointed every Indian cricket fan. He scored 76 from 43 balls with the help of four boundaries and six sixes registered his highest ODI score. For sure, he didn’t end up his innings in the way he would’ve wanted as a miscommunication run between him and Jadeja sent him back to the pavilion.
It wasn’t his mistake and understanding everything Jadeja should’ve sacrificed his wicket but he didn’t and Pandya was devastated. Soon after the match, a screenshot was grabbed from the micro-blogging site Twitter and went viral.
And it was from Hardik’s official Twitter account that read- ‘Hume To Apno Ne Loota Gairon Me Kahan Dumm Tha.’
Here’s the screenshot:
It is roughly translated as ‘We are robbed by someone close while others didn’t have the courage to do it.’
This statement might seem to fit in context with Jadeja running out Hardik while he was the only batsman playing the shots and getting the runs. A lot of Twitter users shared the screen grab of the tweet which they claimed the cricketer deleted immediately after posting.
People criticized for Hardik’s statement as that is not the way to react to an on-field incident with your teammate.
He was angry with jadeja. He came on the field for winning. But then… we all knw wt hpnd r8? His expression said it all

Stop pressing F12 on your keyboard otherwise someone will fetch you legally and you will ask for F1.

This morning he was the first among Indian players to tweet and posted “#CT17 was an incredible journey for #TeamIndia. We gave it our best. A complete team effort. Thank you, everyone, for the messages & support.”

When Hardik was contacted he confirmed that it was a fake tweet and he hasn’t posted anything of that sort. However, Hardik played his part very well and might do even better if he wasn’t dismissed soon. He also was good while bowling (10-0-53-1) as he wasn’t expensive and also picked a wicket.
