A woman from Bright, Australia, went to Facebook to ask a bunch of people help her identify an adorable mystery animal she found crying in her backyard.

The woman said she woke up to the sounds of a crying animal in the backyard of her house in Bright, which is located 320 kilometers away from Melbourne.

At first, the woman thought a dog or a fox accidentally wandered in her property.

The woman made a post on the Chat 10 Looks 3 Community private page on Facebook.

She wrote, “I woke up this morning hearing a whimpering on my bush block, l can’t tell if it’s a fox or a dog.”

The woman said she frequently hears dingoes howling near her hoes, but she said she thinks she found a fox or an adorable dog.

After she posted the pictures of the animal on the page, the Sydney Dingo Rescue reached out to the woman and told her that she found a wild dingo puppy in her backyard.

The Sydney Dingo Rescue told her to take the animal in an open box and bring it back into the bush around her home and just leave it there.

The Sydney Dingo Rescue added that the family could return for the puppy.
