Man Arrested For Slashing Nurses’ Car Tires That Were Parked Outside New York Hospital

As the staff of a hospital in New York was working to fight the deadly coronavirus, a man was caught by the police slashing the tires of 22 cars.

The cars were reportedly parked outside the New York Hospital.

The incident reportedly happened at the Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortlandt, New York on the morning of Friday.

In a press release on Friday, the NYSP (New York State Police) said that they had arrested 29-year-old Daniel R. Hall for the incident.

The New York Police said that Hall also had a small amount of PCP on him when he was arrested.

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital told TIME in a statement:

“We were shocked to hear of this incident, especially at this time when our employees are working tirelessly and courageously through this crisis.”

Hall was arraigned and given sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail.

He is scheduled to appear before the Peekskill Court on May 18, 2020.
