India’s celebrated chef Sanjeev Kapoor was called on by the hosts UAE to cook an exclusively crafted vegetarian spread for the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday whose menu included pan-India treasures like Poori & Fulka. The lunch hosted at the Emirates Palace in UAE had a melange of exclusively crafted vegetarian delicacies for Modi, with the starter Kurkuri Palak & Liquid Chaat.
Main course which was served to PM Modi included Indian dishes such as Gucchi Pepper Paneer Kaliya, Khatti Dal, Baingan Mirch Ka Salan, Bhindi Kadi and Moong Dal Khichadi with Shrikhand, Curried Dal and Coconut Salad, Bhakri, Poori & Fulka, Raw Papaya Murabba Bhurani Raita, Fafda and a Zafrani Thandai to beat the heat.

Hosts at the Emirates Palace in UAE dished up PM Narendra Modi with the dessert or ‘Mishthaan’ which consisted of Narangi Basundi, Karari Hazelnut Chikki and Fresh cuts fruits. PM Modi who was always ascertained to be health conscious especially when it comes to food will be dished out with vegetarian Indian delicacies.
