The ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) might be one of the most popular events on TV, but do you agree that a lot of weird stuff is going on to make the tournament glamorous. We have seen many bizarre incidents on the cricket field.

We have seen the former legendary cricketer Sunil Gavaskar dancing with the cheerleaders and many such funny and eye-catching moments in this year’s IPL season and still to go. But no other incident can beat this incident in the Indian Premier League tenth season.

Though it is irrelevant, it looks funny on the field. During a match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) against the Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) the umpires were greeted by a cheer lady who kept offering them apples before giving them the ball that would be used in the match.

One has to wonder whose idea this was and who was the wise guy to approve such ideas and thoughts.

The antic did not go down well with some people, who claim the ‘embarassing’ moment is just another lost mark for the IPL, who have become famous for the bizarre. Whether you like it or not, the IPL has its share of memories outside the match and this was one of the funniest.

This incident happened before Rahul Tripathi from RPS played innings of his life. This innings from the young lad is considered as one of the best innings in IPL 10.
