This Gestures Of Suresh Raina After Rishabh Pant Missed The Maiden IPL 100 Will Make You Respect Him Even More

Suresh Raina, captain of Gujarat Lions, well known for his skillful fielding and batting has even proved himself that he’s capable of leading a team towards the trophy. When the statistics are considered, Raina is undoubtedly one of the best player IPL can ever or will have. From the very beginning of the IPL seasons, he has been playing flawlessly, Raina is continuously good with his ace shots whenever it was possible and those catches, which were assumed wildly impossible.

Putting aside his way of playing, Raina has now proved that he’s something more inside than what he does for his team, in yesterday’s match against Daredevils. Rishabh Pant scored his third IPL half-century yesterday, he got dismissed at 97 runs, included six fours and nine sixes in mere 43 balls.

After playing such an outstanding innings, Pant missed clinching his first IPL century, the sadness was visible on his face and it seemed as if the teenager did not want to walk himself out of the ground, now what Raina has done after looking at disappointed Pant is something we cannot expect from anyone.

Raina came forward and congratulated Pant, for him and Sanju Samson had made a mockery of a massive 209 target. Raina might have lost the match but will certainly earn handsome points for the Fairplay award, which he always does.

Though Gujarat has played very well, the Daredevils completed the chase with seven wickets and 15 balls to spare. It was the second-highest successful chase in the IPL so far. Gujarat Lions had scored 208-7 in 20 overs with skipper Raina (77) and Dinesh Karthik (65).
