We all know his singing skills especially while he was batting. Whenever he is under pressure or to relax while batting, he tries to sing songs to calm down himself and hit the ball harder. As he is a music lover, he used to hum Kishore Kumar songs while taking guard as the fieriest of bowlers charged at him, making the singer his ‘hidden batting partner’.

On the occasion of Kishore Kumar’s 86th birth anniversary, Sehwag took to Twitter to celebrate the legendary singer’s birthday in his own unique way. “On his birth anniversary, remembering my hidden batting partner #KishoreKumar. Chala Jaata Hoon, Kisi Ki dhun me, Dhadakte Dil ke taraane liye,” Sehwag tweeted.

Sehwag was one of the biggest concern to the bowlers all over the world and many top bowlers have been at the receiving end of his aggression at the time of his playing.

Virender Sehwag is known to be a huge fan of Kishore Kumar, who passed away on 13th October 1987. The power hitter is considered as one of India’s finest openers ever and is the only Indian to score two triple centuries in Test cricket. His highest score of 219 runs in One Day Internationals is the third highest score ever in the 50 over format.
