King Of Thailand Breaks Lockdown Rules To Attend Lavish Party
King Maha Vajiralongkorn, the King of Thailand, broke the lockdown rules to travel 12,000 miles for a lavish party.
King Maha Vajiralongkorn has been staying at a luxury hotel in Bavaria, Germany, with 20 of his girlfriends, however, he was reportedly traveling lately.
The king reportedly took a private jet and flew to Bangkok, where he attended a party.
According to reports, the Thai Leader stopped off in Zurich, Switzerland, to pick up his wife Queen Suthida, who has been staying there while she was self-isolating.
He then made his way to the Thai capital, where he was met by Prime Minister Prayut Chan-ocha and Apirat Kongsompong, the head of the armed forces of Thailand.
The group gathered to mark the Chakra Day together, a holiday that celebrates the start of Thailand’s royal dynasty.
King Maha Vajiralongkorn traveled back on his plane and dropped his wife back in Switzerland. He also headed back to the Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl, where he is living during the coronavirus crisis.
This all happened in just 24 hours.
King Maha Vajiralongkorn released a statement about the coronavirus, where he did not show any guilt.
He said:
“This pandemic is not the fault of anybody. The government must solve the problem by understanding its causes. It is necessary to establish a system and communicate it to the people and to understand it well.”
