A security guard at a government-run hospital in Uttar Pradesh, India, was arrested by the police for thrashing an old homeless woman outside the hospital.

The security guard was caught on cam thrashing the homeless woman.

The video was shared on social media and it went viral right away!

News agency said the hospital security guard was arrested by the police after the video of the incident went viral on social media.

In the video, Sanjay Mishra, the security guard, was seen kicking and beating the woman.

The woman could be heard crying in the video.

The woman is reportedly in her 80s and was known for taking shelter outside the hospital.

Passerby’s saw the man beating the woman, but no one intervened to help or stop.

The woman was later admitted to the hospital for treatment of the injuries that she sustained from the beating.

An FIR was filed against the man in the video for beating the elderly woman.

The hospital has also blacklisted the agency that had provided them the security guard.
