Hyderabad: Techies Designed AC Helmet To Beat The Heat In Summer
As summer is gearing up and everyone is getting ready to beat the summer heat in many ways. But whatever we do we can do it at home and what about the bike riders who should travel long distances in their daily routine?
For this, the Hyderabad based startup has come up with the concept of AC helmet. This is good news to all the bike riders for this summer. The three Hyderabad youth has designed this AC Helmet.
The three youth Kausthub Kaundinya, Sreekanth Kommula and Anand Kumar who are medical engineers of 2016 pass out. All the three has completed engineering from VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Bachupally. “We are giving back to the government for nurturing us through RICH and TASK. Indian Navy, Tata group and Sumana Cements have purchased helmets from us for testing at their sites,” they said.
The AC helmet was designed completely and the startup began working on the design of the AC biker helmet. The AC helmet maintains a temperature of 22 to 30 degree Celsius and had been tested up to 65 degrees. The cost of the two-hour battery backup battery is about Rs. 5000 and the eight-hour battery is Rs. 5,500.
The first air conditioner helmet is gifted to KTR. The youth also mentioned that the startup was supported by the government of Telangana. The startup has already started their sales in Indian Navy and Tata Motors.
