Neha Kakkar, a singer and a songwriter who is currently a judge of Indian Idol Season 11, was forcibly kissed by a contestant during the audition phase of the show.

In a video that went viral on social media, it showed Neha Kakkar being hugged, groped and kissed on the cheek by the contestant.

The man in the video was wearing a traditional Rajasthani outfit and a headgear, Neha got up to the stage to meet the man after asking Neha if she could remember him.

Neha tried to recognize him and even accepted the gifts he brought for her.

In the video above, you can see the contestant hugging and kissing Neha Kakkar on her cheek as the other judges were shocked by what he did.

Aditya Narayan, the host of Indian Idol Season 11, tried to stop the contestant.

After the incident, Neha walked away and was not happy with what happened.

A number of fans of Neha weren’t happy with what the contestant did to the pop-star.

A user said the man kissed Neha without her consent and could be charged with sexual assault if Neha wanted to.
